Time: 1pm to 6pm

This is a hands-on Basic Sourdough Bread. You will learn

– 1 Basic sourdough bread
– 1 Sourdough Focaccia
– Starter to bring home
– How to maintain starter
– How to bake at home (you will bring back SD to bake at home)
– Class size at maximum 5pax and minimum 2pax to start class

Our experience Chef will share tips and variation of the recipes.

By sign up for this class. You have agreed the following:

1) To arrive 10 mins early before the stipulated class timing.

2) Bring your own 7″ benetton basket with cloth or any bowl with clean cloth.

3) Bring your own cooler bag to carry bread home.

4) Class registered are not refundable due to any personal reasons or own absence.
